We Were There...Memories of the Holocaust
The book is the result of a writing workshop for Holocaust survivors run by Urszula Szczepinska, Curator of Education, and in cooperation with two renowned St. Petersburg Times journalists, Lane DeGregory and Jeff Klinkenberg. The workshop and the anthology are based on the original concept developed by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. A Florida Holocaust Museum publication.

A new publication of the Florida Holocaust Museum featuring Dr. Herbert Savel's woodcarvings and the powerful stories behind them. The carvings displayed in this book are based on images from Serge Klarsfeld's book: "French Children of the Holocaust. A Memorial" and show Jewish children who were deported from France to their deaths. Carvings are a part of the Museum's permanent collection. A Florida Holocaust Museum publication.
