Prior to booking, please check school calendar for FCAT days, blackouts, assemblies or any other schedule conflicts.
Reservations are required for all school and group visits. Space is limited! Make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We are currently taking reservations for the 2013-2014 school year. A Museum visit is appropriate for students in the fifth grade or above.
Please complete the Tour Scheduling online form. All groups MUST book online and must have a docent. Tours are booked in the order they are received.
Docent-led tours are available for groups between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please have at least three alternate dates in mind when arranging for your tour.
- Our admission fees are as follows:
- $7.00 per student (groups of 15 or more)
- $9.00 per adult (groups of 15 or more)
- $9.00 per extra chaperone (One adult chaperone per 20 students is required. We allow one adult per 20 students free)
We require a $105.00 booking deposit which will be applied to your tour. Groups that cancel their tour 2 weeks before their reserved date may have their booking deposit withheld. Groups that don't arrive and have not canceled their tour may be charged a full reservation fee.
Please make certain to have any necessary school administrative approval for your visit. The Museum reserves the right to withhold the deposit for late cancellations and tour day changes to your total numbers.
All tours are confirmed in writing. All cancellations must be received in writing.
