                  Thirty-four years ago, when Morris Wolff was practicing international and trial law in Philadelphia and was a professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, he was asked by the half-brother of Swedish diplomat, Raoul Wallenberg, to sue the Soviet Union and force them to release his brother.   Raoul Wallenberg, who was not Jewish, was instrumental in saving tens of thousands of Jewish lives in Nazi occupied Hungary. The commemoration ceremony will include prayers and candle-lighting.
