During WWII the world watched as millions of victims perished under the Third Reich, but the Danish people made a nationwide effort to rescue the innocent. Danish fisherman brought more than 7,000 rescued Jews to Sweden by ferry where they were granted asylum. Come and honor the 70th anniversary of the Danish Rescue effort with one of the rescuers, Frantz Christensen, who will share his story alongside artifacts and photographs from the Museum’s exhibition Resistance and Rescue. RSVP by October 7th.

Light Refreshments will be served.

Free.  This is a private event for FHM Members and their guests.
